For example, Roman-Juan et al [14] reported that screen time and obesity were associated with chronic back pain in adolescents in the HBSC study between 2002 and 2014. Similarly, findings from the HBSC study between 2002 and 2018 indicated a general increase of 0.5% in the prevalence of backache in adolescents, which was partially influenced by sleep difficulties and psychological symptoms [15].
